Everything Must be Sold at Sands Casino

As of May 2, 2007, for about 26 years, the Sands Casino was the home of legendary performer Frank Sinatra and Texas Hold'em poker. Now, it is the base of a chafing dish worth $375 and a chandelier worth $1,800, as all the material things in the Sands Hotel and Casino went up the auction block.

Donald Hayes of the National Content Liquidators commented that everything inside the gambling casino is for sale, such as the locks, stocks, ice buckets, jacuzzis, shower heads, etc. The National Content Liquidators will be the company responsible for the sale of the contents of the Sands Casino.

All of the contents of the casino are already priced. A 27-inch Zenith is priced at $89. Some glasses and dishes are priced at $1 and a Yamaha Grand Piano is priced at $4,800.

Claudio Conigliaro from the Pesto restaurant in Philadelphia bought a Hobart Commercial Mixer for about $3,000. He commented that the brand new Hobart Commercial Mixer would cost around $14,000.

Even the items like wine bags, towels, key chains, dice and sweat shirts with the Sands Logo are on sale. A high roller suite is also up for sale. The bed, draperies and even the commode can be purchased by any interested customer. The sale of the items began on May 3, 2007 and will continue until every item is gone.
